Hiring Process
The first stage of the recruitment process, once you've spotted a job or internship that suits you, is to send us your cover letter and resume. It is important that you let us know which skills and experience are relevant to the job you are applying for, so time spent on your cover letter and resume is important and will pay off.
Once we receive your resume and cover letter they will be reviewed and evaluated. If we think you may be suitable we will contact you regarding an interview.
Interview process
This is usually a two-stage process. Your first interview will generally be by phone and will involve discussion of aspects of your resume and cover letter in detail. You may also be asked to do a skills test that will be directly related to the skills required for the position. This is a good opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the company, its people, or the position.
The second interview will always be at our office and will usually involve two people. We ask a lot of questions so that we can not only get a feel for your qualifications, unique skills and abilities but also get a feel for your personality. We want to know what your goals are and what you hope to accomplish with your career so that we can make your employment here move you in the right direction.
