Support for hh2 Web Services can be obtained using the following methods:
Support Ticketing System - Free
Located at www.hh2.com or at the top of your Web Services side menu, this form of support is provided free of charge and is the flagship support method for hh2 Web Services. Simply enter your question or current issue and your contact info and a DBI representative will contact you about your problem. Although all tickets will be handled as soon as possible, higher priority will be given to issues affecting multiple customers or for mission critical issues. Although simple 'how do I...' questions will be addressed, this form of support is not intended to replace training or implementation.
hh2 Forums - Free
hh2 Forums is a DBI sponsored and community supported forum where hh2 related issues can be discussed with DBI representatives and other customers. You will find that many people have already asked the questions that you need to know the answers to and you can find responses from DBI and the rest of the hh2 Web Services Community. The first time you go to the site, you will have to register for a Forums account to begin using the forums. This form of support is also complementary but once again this is not intended to replace training or implementation.
hh2 Priority Support
hh2 Priority Support is a paid service designed to allow customers with persistant needs to gain access to support by calling our toll free telephone number. This form of support can be purchased in hourly blocks for discounted pricing or can be purchsed at a higher rate as-needed. Although after the first few months of service, most customers will not need this form of support, it is highly recommended that new customers purchase a block so that they can get quick one on one time with a DBI representative to answer their questions. Customers calling in for support will have to either purchase a block of hh2 Priority Support or pay the hourly as-needed rate.
hh2 Training
hh2 Training is a paid service designed to train new customers or new employees how to use hh2 Web Services. Although usually done through online meeting software, arrangements can be made for on-site training as well. hh2 Training is a required purchase for new customers and highly recommended as a refresher or advanced course several months after initital implementation.
hh2 Implementation
hh2 Implementation is a paid service designed to steer a new customer through the setup process. This service usually involves setting up the service, synchronizing with the accounting system, and helping the customer configure the service around their business needs.
